Overland Drams, LLC (“Overland Drams,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”) provides educational experiences, virtual tastings, and online programs (“Programs”). The content, materials, and services offered are for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be construed as professional legal, financial, or health advice.

2. Alcohol-Related Disclaimer

Overland Drams does not sell or distribute alcohol. Any alcohol samples referenced in our Programs are provided by third-party vendors, and Overland Drams assumes no liability for their procurement, delivery, or consumption.
Participants acknowledge that they drink responsibly and at their own risk. Overland Drams shall not be held liable for any consequences related to alcohol consumption, including but not limited to intoxication, allergic reactions, injury, or legal violations.
Participants must be at least 21 years of age and may be required to verify their age before engaging in alcohol-related events.
No Guaranteed Personal Results: Participants acknowledge that whiskey tasting, education, and sensory experiences are highly personal and subjective. Overland Drams makes no guarantees regarding individual enjoyment, palate development, changes in whiskey preference, satisfaction, or any specific experiential outcomes. Each participant’s experience will vary based on personal taste, participation, and individual perception.

3. No Liability for Third-Party Services

Overland Drams may provide links, recommendations, or integrations with third-party services (e.g., retailers, distilleries, shipping partners, and fulfillment providers). We make no warranties, representations, or guarantees regarding the quality, reliability, or legality of third-party products or services.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Overland Drams and its affiliates, employees, and instructors shall not be liable for:

Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our Programs.
Any technical issues, disruptions, or accessibility problems related to live sessions or digital content.
Any product defects, delivery failures, or misrepresentation related to third-party alcohol sample kits or other services.

Participants further acknowledge that any alcohol sample kits purchased from third-party vendors are provided independently of Overland Drams. Overland Drams assumes no liability for:

Product quality, accuracy of contents, or labeling.
Shipping delays, damage, or loss of kits in transit.
Any adverse reactions or health effects from consuming the samples

All disputes regarding the alcohol sample kits must be directed to the third-party provider.

5. Refunds and Guarantees

All sales are final except where expressly stated in the Overland Drams Participant Agreement. Any conditional guarantees, including the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, are governed solely by the terms and eligibility requirements outlined in the Participant Agreement.
